How to Order

  • 1. Share Your Vision

    Start by contacting us with your idea, even if it’s just a simple drawing or a description. This helps us understand exactly what you want.

  • 2. Payment Confirmation & Order Placement

    We’ll send you a personalized invoice. Once we receive your payment, your order is officially placed into production.

  • 3. Custom Lock Digital Model

    Our team creates a digital model for your review. You may request edits. This step takes about 1.5–2 weeks.

  • 4. Manufacturing the Lock and Chain

    After approval, we craft the lock and chain in .999 silver. This takes 1–2 weeks.

  • 5. Gold Plating

    We triple-coat your piece in 14K yellow gold over .999 silver and stamp it for authenticity. This takes about 1 week.

  • 6. Completion & Shipping

    We send final photos and tracking details so you can follow your shipment.
