Unlike mass-produced machine-made chains, every piece is individually handmade and carefully inspected before it leaves our workshop. Because each chain is handcrafted, slight variations are a natural characteristic of the manufacturing process, but we would never knowingly ship a piece that does not meet our quality standards.
Although this was a custom-made item, we still worked with you to find a fair resolution by offering both a complimentary repair and a silver buyback.
